Privacy and behavior reviews of existing apps. Threat models, SDK reviews, encryption, data-minimization.
Test
What an app actually does on a real device, and what it sends where. Network traces and behavior reports.
House rules
Defaults the studio holds, written down so a new client can disagree before signing.
- No third-party SDK ships without explicit approval.
- Analytics is something to discuss in scope. There is no default.
- Data minimization is in the spec from day one.
- Native when it serves the privacy model. Cross-platform when it serves the user.
- Gambling and adult-content projects are declined.
